School Principal-Nabatieh Campus

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide strategic leadership and oversee the academic and operational aspects of the school
  2. Ensure effective implementation of the curriculum and continuous improvement of teaching practices
  3. Lead, support, and evaluate teaching and administrative staff
  4. Promote a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment for all students
  5. Build strong partnerships with parents, staff, and external stakeholders
  6. Oversee student discipline, wellbeing, and school policies
  7. Support professional development and school improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in education, including leadership or administrative roles
  2. Recognized educational qualifications (Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or Administration preferred)
  3. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  4. Proven ability to manage teams and school operations effectively
  5. Commitment to inclusive education, student-centered learning, and ethical leadership
