The interested supplier shall provide the following information to the Contracting Authority using the contact details below:

  • Indicate which supplies or service you are interested in supplying (Please fill in the Sector of Activities and Contact Details Document). 
  • Provide the following information:
  • the company’s name and contact details.
  • contact person.
  • brief description of the company’s background, registration in country (Legal documents) and main line of work (2 pages only) for the main line of work. 
  • experience with this kind of supply/service (2 pages only). 

This is purely information on business opportunities and does not constitute a commitment to purchase or any other form of contractual commitment with the Contracting Authority. 

Any subsequent contract will be subject to Norwegian Church Aid General Terms and Conditions for contracts and the Code of Conduct for Contractors. Printed versions are available upon request.
