Composting Expert - Akkar & North Lebanon

The René Moawad Foundation (RMF), with funding from the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (NORAD) through the Norwegian Church Aid (NCA), is implementing the Economic Development and Food Security (EDFS) project in Akkar and North Lebanon. The project aims to strengthen the economic resilience of vulnerable farming households through capacity building, technical assistance, and the promotion of sustainable and climate-resilient agricultural practices.

RMF is currently Requesting a Quotation for an expert/consultant for the implementation of composting training and technical support activities in Akkar and North Lebanon.

The project aims to strengthen the economic resilience of vulnerable farming households through capacity building, technical assistance, and the promotion of sustainable and climate-resilient agricultural practices.

The consultancy aims to strengthen the capacities of 90 women from farming households through the delivery of practical composting training and technical guidance. The consultancy aims to improve organic waste management, promote the production and use of organic compost, reduce household farming costs, and contribute to sustainable and climate-resilient agricultural practices.

The Selection Criteria:

Criteria 1: Technical Offer 65%

Criteria 2: Priced offer 35%
