Graphic Designer (Service Contract – 1 Year)

Nusaned is a non-governmental organization dedicated to supporting vulnerable communities through sustainable development, humanitarian assistance, and social impact programs. To strengthen its communication, visibility, and documentation efforts, Nusaned seeks to contract a Content Creator under a one-year service agreement.

The Graphic Designer will support Nusaned in producing high-quality visual communication materials that align with the organization’s branding, values, and communication objectives.

Objective of the Assignment

The objective of this assignment is to:

  • Design professional, clear, and impactful communication materials that support Nusaned’s programs, donor visibility, and institutional presence.
  • Ensure visual consistency and adherence to Nusaned’s branding and communication guidelines across all materials.

Scope of Work

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing communication materials, including but not limited to:

  • Stickers
  • Leaflets / Flyers
  • Banners (print and digital)

Over the duration of the contract, the designer will:

  • Coordinate closely with Nusaned’s team to understand communication needs, timelines, and priorities.
  • Propose creative concepts aligned with project objectives and donor visibility requirements.
  • Deliver print-ready and digital-ready design files.
  • Revise designs based on feedback from Nusaned.

Deliverables

Over the one-year contract period, the Graphic Designer will deliver: ✅ Approximately 12 Sticker designs
✅ Approximately 12 Leaflet designs
✅ Approximately 12 Banner designs
✅ Final design files in editable and print-ready formats

Duration of the Contract

The contract duration is 12 months from the date of signature.

Ownership and Usage Rights

All produced designs and source files will be the exclusive property of Nusaned.

Nusaned will retain full rights to use the materials for:

  • Communication and donor visibility
  • Social media, website, and publications
  • Internal and external media usage

Profile of the Graphic Designer

Applicants should demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in graphic design for communication materials
  • Experience working with NGOs, humanitarian, or development organizations is an asset
  • Strong understanding of branding and visual identity
  • Ability to deliver high-quality designs within agreed timelines
  • Access to professional design software

Application Requirements

  • Portfolio of relevant design work
  • Technical proposal outlining approach and work methodology
  • Financial proposal (annual lump sum or per deliverable)
  • CV or company profile

Reporting and Coordination

The Graphic Designer will work closely with Nusaned’s designated focal point. Deliverables, timelines, and priorities will be agreed on periodically.
