· Travel to project location, if required (transportation to be provided by AVSI).
· Calling or meeting beneficiaries to interview them on pre-set surveys provided by the MEAL team (SIM cards, data/call bundles to be provided by AVSI).
· Fill the aforementioned surveys using digital tools such as Activity Info or Kobo Toolbox to record the data on AVSI servers.
· Calling or meeting beneficiaries to conduct Key Informant Interviews (KII) with scripts provided by the MEAL team.
· Write transcriptions and notes in Arabic and/or English for aforementioned KII.
· Verify and cross-check data for errors before submission.
· Safeguard sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
· Provide daily updates to the MEAL team on ongoing data collection activities.
Daily requirements (minimum number of calls and\or interviews to be considered as a day work) will be set for each project with the MEAL team and tracked using Digital Timesheet and data submissions.
