Anera invites qualified and eligible service providers to submit proposals for the establishment of a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) for the provision of vehicle rental services across Lebanon. The LTA will be established for a period of twelve (12) months, renewable subject to satisfactory performance and operational requirements. Services will be provided on a call-off basis in accordance with the specifications, technical requirements, and conditions outlined in the Request for Proposals (RFP) documents.
