Offers should be sent only to LBN_Tender@IECD.org, CCing any other email address will result in immediate disqualification.
The offer should include two separate files.
File 1 -Tecnhical offer including the data sheets the requested items.
File 2 - Financial offer
Combining both tehcnical and financial will also result in immediate disqualification.
