1 – Overview:
Amel Association International (Amel) is a Lebanese and non-sectarian NGO created in 1979. Amel works through 30 centers, 6 mobile medical units, 2 mobile education units and 1 protection unit, and for more than 40 years has supported the poorest regions of Lebanon, from Beirut and its South Suburbs to Mount Lebanon, Bekaa and South Lebanon. Amel offers accessible services for all in the following fields: food security, health, education, protection, child protection, gender-based violence, livelihood, promotion and protection of human rights, rural development.
The QALAM Project aims to improve access to safe, inclusive, and quality education for vulnerable school-aged children in South Lebanon and Nabatieh, with a specific focus on retention, learning outcomes, socio-emotional wellbeing, and successful transition to post-secondary pathways.
As part of Result 2 of the project, Amel Association International will implement career guidance and life skills sessions targeting secondary-level students, particularly Grade 12, to support informed decision-making, strengthen transferable skills, and facilitate smoother transitions to higher education, vocational training, or employment.
To this end, Amel seeks to recruit a qualified Career Guidance and Life Skills Trainer to design and deliver structured, participatory, and context-responsive training sessions aligned with the project’s objectives and the Lebanese education context.
2 – Scope of work:
The Career Guidance and Life Skills Trainer will be responsible for the following:
2.1 Career Guidance and group counseling sessions (10 Sessions)
2.2 Professional & University Orientation Events (4 Events)
2.3 Life Skills Training (60 Sessions)
Note:
The selected supplier must be responsible for Providing the required services within the required period.
Amel reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of Working days.
3 – The quotation must include:
The number of the registration in the ministry of finance (if applicable)
VAT (if applicable)

Validity of the Quotation
4 – Required Documents:

- Certificate of the registration in the ministry of finance (الشهاد المالية). and all related legal papers including owner ID. (if applicable)

5 – Payment Terms:
Bank or OMT transfer.
