The purpose of this call for proposals is to pre-qualify organizations who have demonstrated experience providing services in at least one of the following specialized areas: Technical and transversal skills development, internships, job matching, labour market linkages and networking.
More specifically, through this call, in response to the challenges faced by the healthcare sector, EPL II invites' organizations to submit proposals for implementing labour market measure(s) targeting youth, women and PWD in support of project implementation.

• Interested candidates may request annexes 1 and 2 in word and excel formats by sending an email to LB_quotation@giz.de.
• Responds and inquiries should be sent to: LB_quotation@giz.de before Wednesday 1st of April ,2026.
