Provide individual case management for PWSNs in accordance with all case management steps and related tools and procedures.
Communicate regularly with other case management and protection staff for updates on achievements and challenges.
Ensure that offered activities respond to the needs of children and continuously reassess the situation and the needed interventions.
Participate into case conferences, protection working groups, ad hoc workshops and thematic trainings when required;
Ensure activities are safe for persons of concern and staff members and liaise with the relevant colleagues in order to assess the safety and security of the interventions.
Keep all the case files updated and secured.
Do referrals for children and caregivers to other needed services.
Provide age-appropriate qualitative psychosocial support to PWSNs throughout the case management process.
Ensure the individual is involved and participates in the establishment of the case plan.
Store and file protection data ensuring the confidentiality of the information collected and the services provided according to the minimum standard.
Participate in weekly case discussion meetings with the case management team leader to ensure adherence to standards of care and appropriateness of intervention.
Participate in providing awareness-raising sessions to beneficiaries (girls, boys, men, and women).
Ensure the utmost confidentiality of case management data and information throughout the case management process, including protection referrals.
Ensure close coordination with focused-based PSS teams in order to ensure children and their caregivers are referred from case management to PSS and vice versa.
Document project progress through tracking attendance sheets, observations, photos, and the case management tracker
Submit weekly/monthly reports
Filling clear data of the cases and the needed tools
Assist in data collection and analyzing of the data based on support from the MEAL team.
Refer cases in need of ECA, MCAP, or any other cash services.

Experience:
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Social Work and Case Management Intervention
• Experience working with Protection, Child protection and GBV projects (preferable).
