Under the supervision of Program Manager
Job Summary
The Field Implementation Officer is responsible for overseeing the overall management, coordination, and performance of the assigned centers. The role ensures effective implementation of project activities, sound financial management, strong stakeholder relationships, and proper supervision of center managers and staff. The Field Implementation Officer plays a key role in ensuring quality service delivery and alignment with organizational standards and donor requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Management & Supervision
- Maintain strong and positive relationships with local community stakeholders and relevant entities.
- Supervise Center Managers and staff members, ensuring effective task implementation.
- Provide technical and administrative guidance and support to all project team members.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the centers.
2. Financial & Administrative Management
- Manage the centers’ budgets and oversee accounting operations in coordination with the finance department.
- Ensure compliance with financial procedures and internal policies.
- Develop and maintain a proper archiving system for project-related reporting and correspondence.
3. Project Coordination
- Coordinate project activities and team members across the centers.
- Coordinate project resources efficiently to ensure timely implementation.
- Strengthen coordination and relationships between the project and involved organizations and partners.
- Facilitate and organize meetings and events related to project activities.
4. Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor project activities and track progress against expected results.
- Prepare and submit quarterly reports and other required documentation to the Program Manager.
- Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation of activities.
Required Qualifications & Competencies
- Master in Education, Social Work or any related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in community work or related programs.
- Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English; French is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
- Cross-cultural sensitivity and ability to work within diverse communities.
- Strong networking and coordination skills.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Working Hours:
Five working days per week, 8 hours per day.
