2. About Tech Pour Tous (TPT)
Tech Pour Tous (TPT) is a flagship youth empowerment initiative implemented by the Tech Academy at Michel Daher Social Foundation. The program aims to bridge the gap between technical education and labor market integration by equipping youth with in-demand digital skills and structured employment pathways.
The program is structured into three main phases:
Phase 1 – Technical Foundations
Participants receive intensive training in technical tracks such as:
● Web Development
● Data Science
● Cybersecurity
● Digital Marketing
This phase focuses on building core competencies aligned with current labor market demands. Phase 2 – Advanced & Applied Learning
Participants deepen their technical expertise through:
● Advanced modules
● Hands-on projects
● Capstone development
● Real-world case simulations
● Portfolio building
By the end of Phase 2, beneficiaries have completed structured technical training and are technically prepared to enter the job market.
Phase 3 – Job Readiness & Labor Market Integration
The upcoming hackathon falls under this phase and serves as the structured transition from training to
employment and internship placement.
3. Rationale for the Hackathon
Although beneficiaries have successfully completed Phase 1 and Phase 2, many still face challenges in:
● Translating technical skills into marketable CV achievements
● Positioning themselves professionally
● Understanding job market dynamics
● Analyzing job descriptions effectively
● Performing confidently in interviews
● Structuring their job search strategy
● Exploring entrepreneurship as an alternative pathway
The hackathon is designed as an intensive, outcome-driven intervention to prepare participants for:
● Entry-level job applications in their technical fields
● A structured 40-day internship placement program
● Long-term career growth or entrepreneurial exploration

To prepare TPT graduates for entry-level employment and internship integration through intensive job readiness and career positioning training.

By the end of the hackathon, participants will:
1. Develop a tailored, ATS-friendly CV aligned with their technical track. 2. Optimize their LinkedIn profile to reflect professional positioning.
3. Build a structured job search plan.
4. Learn how to analyze job descriptions strategically.
5. Practice mock interviews with structured feedback.
6. Understand internship expectations and workplace professionalism. 7. Gain introductory knowledge about entrepreneurship as a parallel pathway.

At the completion of the hackathon:
● 100% of participants will have a revised professional CV. ● 100% will have optimized LinkedIn profiles.
● Each participant will complete at least one mock interview. ● Participants will produce a personal 30-day job search strategy. ● Participants will be prepared for the 40-day internship program. ● Increased confidence and clarity regarding career direction.

● Post-internship employment pathways will be explored.

14.How to Apply
Interested consultants are invited to submit their applications in accordance with the following requirements:
1. Signed Technical Proposal (Submitted Separately)
The technical proposal shall include:
● Consultant profile and relevant experience & description of understanding of the assignment. ● Proposed methodology and facilitation approach.
● Detailed work plan for the 2-day hackathon.
● Updated CV.
● Copy of ID
● Copy of the MOF & Commercial Registration Certificate (if any).
2. Signed Financial Proposal (Submitted Separately)
The financial proposal shall:
● Be submitted as a separate document.
● Clearly indicate the total lump-sum amount in USD.
● Include a breakdown (professional fees, preparation, reporting, taxes if applicable). ● Remain valid for at least 30 days from submission date.
15.Submission Instruction
● Technical and financial proposals must be submitted as two separate files.
● The email subject line must indicate: “TPT Hackathon Consultant – TPT-MDSF-RFP26-003” ● Proposals must be sent to: procurement@daherfoundation.org
● Deadline for submission: March 16, 2026
● Late submissions will not be considered.
16. Evaluation Criteria
Proposals will be evaluated based on:
● Technical Evaluation: 60%
● Financial Evaluation: 40%
Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
17.Payment Terms
Payment will be made via bank check within a reasonable period following:
● The successful completion of the 2-Day Job Readiness & Entrepreneurship Hackathon ● Submission of a valid original invoice
● Confirmation by MDSF that all agreed deliverables have been completed Additional notes:
● Without a valid MOF certificate, a 3.4% tax on goods and 8.5% on services will apply. ● MDSF reserves the right to withhold final payment if deliverables are incomplete or not in line with the agreed quality standards.
18. 16. Penalties for Delay
A penalty of 1% of the total contract value per day of delay shall apply for late delivery or failure to perform within the agreed schedule, up to a maximum of 10% of the total contract value. The Foundation reserves the right to terminate the contract if the delay exceeds 10 days.
