The Lebanese Red Cross is preparing to launch a national tender for the Enhancement and Further Development of the Salesforce CRM Platform, covering the fundraising module, the Non-Emergency Hotline (1760), and CTI integration.
Prior to launching the tender, we are publishing a Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) to identify qualified companies with relevant experience in Salesforce implementation, customization, and integration.
Kindly find attached the EOI document for your review. Interested companies are invited to submit their Expression of Interest in accordance with the instructions outlined in the document.
