Design a six-session pedagogical training program tailored to the context of creative and fashion education.
Ensure the training reflects CSB’s studio-based and project-led learning environment.
Develop practical and accessible session content for instructors with different levels of teaching experience.
Training topics may include:
Introduction to teaching methodologies in creative disciplines
Ethics in education
Structuring effective class sessions and lesson planning
Managing conflict, facilitating critique and constructive feedback
Balancing critique culture and mentorship in studio learning
Managing mixed learning styles and student engagement
Reflecting on teaching practice within CSB’s learning environment
2. Training Delivery
Deliver six in-person sessions, each lasting 90 minutes.
Facilitate interactive discussions and peer exchange.
Introduce practical teaching tools and strategies.
Encourage reflective dialogue among instructors.
Support instructors in applying new teaching approaches within their courses.
3. Training Materials and Tools
Prepare and share concise training materials to support the sessions, which may include:
Session slides or visual presentations
Practical teaching templates
Guidelines for critique and constructive feedback
Tools for classroom and studio facilitation
Materials should be practical, clear, and easy to use within CSB’s context.
4. Documentation and Contribution to Institutionalisation
Provide documentation of the training activity.
This includes:
A summary note of key topics covered across the sessions
Participant attendance records
A summary of participant feedback and reflections
The documentation will support internal learning and project reporting.
5. Coordination and Reporting
Coordinate with the Project Manager and Academic Committee on scheduling and delivery.
Participate in check-ins as needed.
Ensure training delivery remains aligned with CSB’s learning environment and project timeline.
