Call for Tender Deadline: April 2, 2026 5 p.m.

Teach For Lebanon (NGO) is pleased to announce a tender for 85 Laptops.

Would you please send us a two quotation regarding the following items?

1st Option:

1. Laptop: Lenovo IdeaPad IPS3 Core I5-13420H, 8GB Ram DDR5 +1slot (upgradeable) 512GB NVME, 15.3” IPS FHD, English/arabic keyboard original, 1 Year official warranty Lenovo Lebanon. Windows 11 + office

2. Headsets: good quality

3. Laptop Bags: Good quality size 15.6''

   Quantity: 85

2nd Option:

   Quantity: 85

Cost Consideration:

The method of payment that TFL usually adopts is a bank transfer after the delivery of the laptops. 

Submission Details:

Interested suppliers are invited to submit their detailed quotations with the key features aforementioned in word or pdf format by Thursday, April 2, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.

The quotations should answer the following questions along with the price and method of payment:

Do you have the quantity of 85 laptops in your stock? 85 bags? 85 headsets?

If your quotation was accepted, when do you expect to deliver the 85 laptops? 85 bags? 85 headsets?

The method of payment is through a bank transfer through Bank Audi. TFL will pay the full amount in fresh dollars from Bank Audi. Does your organization accept this method of payment? Do you have a fresh bank account at Bank Audi? If not please state the name of your bank.

What is your preferred method of payment. Please elaborate. The method of payment that TFL usually adopts is a bank transfer after the delivery of the laptops. 

In case we accepted your quotation, we want to deliver the 85 laptops, 85 bags and 85 headsets to our office in Achrafieh? can you deliver these items free of charge?

Do you have a hotline number or a specific team responsible for the maintenance of the laptops? 

Is the warranty official? What does the warranty cover and include? Does the warranty provided include official coverage from the authorized service center, covering all parts and services according to the official terms?

Would you please send the quotation with the two options and answer the above questions by Thursday, April 2, 2026 at 5 pm?

Cost Consideration:

Teach For Lebanon is committed to ensuring that the service is free of charge to our beneficiaries (students). All associated costs should be covered by Teach For Lebanon. The method of payment that TFL usually adopts is a bank transfer. 

Submission Details:

To apply, interested candidates (individuals, firms, or teams) are requested to submit the following documents by April 2, 2026

Interested service providers are invited to submit their detailed financial proposals

Company registration certificate

Company profile

Anti-terrorism declaration letter

Valid tax certificate

All companies are required to sign the Teach For Lebanon RFQ requirement document and include them in their submission.

Please make sure that the proposal includes:

- Official offers in the proper header and footer format 

- Mention the contact information of your company

- MOF and TX ID numbers of your company

- Offer validity time
