OBSTETRICIAN – GYNAECOLOGIST

Accountabilities:
• Provide gynecology and obstetric healthcare including prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and emergency interventions.
• Ensure proper implementation of MSF clinical protocols, tools, and reproductive health guidelines to minimize clinical risk and promote evidence-based reproductive health practices.
• Collaborate with other medical specialists to collect quantitative gynecological and obstetric data; ensure proper use of medical management tools to improve outcomes and share knowledge across teams.
• Plan and supervise HR processes related to gynecological staff (recruitment, training, performance evaluation, communication, development) to ensure adequate staffing, competency, and motivation. Work closely with the HR department.
• Supervise maintenance and functioning of gynecological equipment; monitor drug consumption, prepare orders when needed, and ensure rational use of medical supplies. Coordinate with pharmacy and logistics teams.

Requirements:

Education: Essential: Gynecology specialist diploma.

Experience: Essential: Minimum 2 years of certified professional experience in Gynecology.

Languages: Essential: Full proficiency in Arabic and English
