- Taking vital signs for the patient.
- Providing nursing services according to the patients' needs and in accordance with the treating physician's decision.
- Providing counselling and education to patients when necessary, explaining medical instructions to them or their families.
- Accompanying patients during diagnostic tests or necessary medical consultations.
- Participating in solving nursing care-related problems within the PHC and collective sites
- Maintaining the medical equipment in the PHC and/or in mobile unit in terms of cleanliness and readiness for use.
- Contributing to assessing the PHC's and mobile unit’s needs for consumables and medications.
- Recording patient information, vital signs, and nursing observations in the appropriate records.
- Maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of patient information.
- Following safety protocols at work, and implementing infection control measures.
- Adhering to nursing ethics and complying with approved nursing policies and standards.
