Leading Hands Organization is a Lebanese non-governmental, non-profit organization founded in 2019 and officially registered in 2020. It works to support vulnerable communities through humanitarian aid and development projects, with a strong focus on empowering women and youth.
Through this program, Leading Hands will select 5 emerging women-led organizations based in Tripoli to receive tailored capacity-building support over several months.
The program will cover key areas, including administrative and financial management, project design and implementation with a conflict-sensitive and gender-responsive approach, combating hate speech, promoting social cohesion, and strengthening team capacities.
This initiative aims to enable participating organizations to enhance their performance, sustainability, and impact within their communities.
