key responsabilities :

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging science lessons in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics aligned with the Cycle 3 curriculum and standards.
• Use age-appropriate teaching methods, including experiments, hands-on activities, and demonstrations.
• Integrate technology and innovative teaching strategies into lessons.
• Assess and evaluate student performance regularly.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and grades.
• Ensure a safe and well-managed classroom and laboratory environment.
• Identify students needing additional academic support.
• Encourage curiosity, scientific thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events.
• Prepare academic reports and attend parent-teacher conferences.
