Fair Trade Lebanon (FTL) is implementing the Nassim Al Baher project, which focuses on strengthening coastal livelihoods in North Lebanon while promoting sustainable fishing practices and marine ecosystem protection.
The project is grounded in long-term engagement with:
- Fishers and coastal communities
- Cooperatives and women/youth groups
- Research institutions (e.g., CNRS)
- Public authorities and municipalities
The communication campaign adopts a progressive narrative approach:
- Lived realities of coastal communities
- Community organization and collective action
- Scientific evidence and environmental insights
- Practical solutions and alternative livelihoods
- Governance, policy, and future sustainability
The campaign aims to produce credible, human-centered, and evidence-based video content, avoiding promotional framing and focusing instead on real processes, experiences, and ongoing efforts.
Applicants are requested to send:
- Financial proposal with a clear breakdown per series (Series 1 and/or Series 2)
- Technical proposal including approach, and team composition.
- Company or individual portfolio, or evidence of previous work
- Legal documents as specified in section 10 (Company Qualification)
- Acknowledgment letter of payment modality
Note: Applicants may submit proposals for one or both service components (Studio Services and/or Video Shooting & Editing). In such cases, applicants must clearly indicate in their submission which service(s) they are applying for and provide separate technical and financial details for each.
