The Lebanese Red Cross (LRC) Headquarters hereby invites qualified suppliers, duly registered with the Lebanese government, to submit a firm offer for the establishment of a Framework Agreement for an initial period of one (1) year, with the possibility of extension for an additional one (1) year, subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement, for the supply and delivery of Kenwood UHF Digital Radios, Accessories, and Spare Parts, in accordance with the attached technical specifications (Annex 3).
