2. TENDER PROCESS: All interested and eligible firms are requested to submit their offers and in a two sealed envelopes (Technical and Financial) to: Nabad Bekaa Office, Ali Hassan Building, facing Canada station,Rayak Main Road.
3.CLOSING DATE: Deadline for bids submission is 22th of May 2026 at 14:00 Beirut Time.
All bids submitted after that date will be rejected.
