We are looking for an Outreach Volunteers living in koura and available to support community-based outreach in activities with internally displaced persons (IDPs) inside and outside collective shelters at Koura, Tripoli, Zgharta and Batroun The volunteers play a key role in building trust, sharing information, facilitating access to services, and supporting protection and awareness activities.
Service provision agreement - 6 months
4 days per week
Incentive per day: 30 USD subject to 8.5% tax withholding
Residing in Koura and available to support in Koura, Tripoli, Zgharta and Batroun.

Main Tasks:
Community Engagement
Identify and engage IDP communities in target areas inside and outside the collective shelters
Build trust and maintain regular communication with IDPs to understand their needs and concerns
Facilitate dialogue between IDPs and local service providers
Information and Protection Awareness
Plan, organize, and deliver information and protection awareness sessions
Support in providing recreational activities for children IDPs outside and inside collective shelters
Coordination and Networking
Establish and maintain relationships with local authorities, NGOs, community-based organizations, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
Residing in or displaced to: Koura, Batroun, Zgharta, or Tripoli
Ability to move in the field and work across target areas inside and outside collective shelters
Commitment to confidentiality and humanitarian principles
Preferred Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with vulnerable communities
Good listening skills and respectful, non-judgmental attitude toward diverse populations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic reporting and documentation skills (attendance, simple activity notes) are an asset
Previous volunteer or community work is an asset
