Digital Marketing Trainer

1. Background

The Lebanese Democratic Women’s Gathering (RDFL) works to promote gender equality and protect women and girls from gender-based violence (GBV). In Lebanon’s current socio-economic context, many women seek sustainable income opportunities, particularly through small and home-based businesses.

Digital marketing has become essential for business success. This vocational training aims to equip women with practical skills to create, manage, and promote their own small businesses using digital platforms.

2. Objective

To empower women with practical digital marketing skills to establish and promote their own small businesses, enhancing their economic independence and resilience.

3. Specific Objectives

- Build participants’ skills in digital marketing and online promotion
- Enable women to create and manage their own small business presence online
- Strengthen knowledge of branding, customer engagement, and sales strategies
- Promote safe and ethical use of digital platforms

4. Scope of Work

The trainer/service provider will:
- Design and deliver a practical vocational training program
- Facilitate hands-on sessions focused on real business applications
- Support participants in developing their own business ideas
- Guide participants in creating digital marketing content and strategies
- Conduct pre- and post-assessments
- Submit a final report

5. Training Components

Module 1: Introduction to Small Business Development
Module 2: Digital Marketing Fundamentals
Module 3: Social Media for Business
Module 4: Branding & Online Presence
Module 5: Selling Online
Module 6: Digital Promotion Strategies

6. Duration & Modality

Each group will receive 6 training sessions.
Implementation will take place in Beirut & Mount Lebanon (BML) and Bekaa.
Training modality: in-person.

7. Target Group

Each training group will include 15 female participants.
Age group: 15–59 years.
Priority given to vulnerable women, survivors of GBV, and those interested in starting small businesses.

8. Deliverables

- Training curriculum and materials
- Attendance sheets
- Pre/post assessments
- Participants’ business pages or marketing plans
- Final report

9. Required Qualifications

- Experience in digital marketing and small business development
- Proven training experience
- Knowledge of GBV and safeguarding principles
- Strong facilitation skills
- Fluency in Arabic

10. Monitoring & Evaluation

- Pre/post knowledge assessment
- Review of participants’ business outputs
- Participant feedback
- Tracking ability to apply skills

11. Ethical Considerations

All activities must follow GBV guiding principles, PSEA, and safeguarding policies of RDFL.

12. Reporting Line

The trainer will report to the RDFL Project Manager in line with donor requirements.

1. Required Documents:

Interested candidates are requested to submit the following:

  • Technical proposal
  •  Financial proposal (Per Session)
  • MOF document

Kindly note that candidates who do not submit financial proposal per session will not be considered.

Only complete submissions received on time and fully compliant with the technical specifications and deliverables will be evaluated.

2. Submission Deadline: 

All applications must be submitted no later than May 10, 2026.
