Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and lead the NGO’s MEAL function, including systems, tools, workflows, and standards
• Develop MEAL frameworks, logframes, monitoring plans, indicators, and reporting templates
• Ensure data collection, verification, analysis, and reporting across all projects and initiatives
• Conduct field monitoring visits, assessments, baseline/endline studies, and internal evaluations
• Support accountability mechanisms including feedback, complaint, and response systems
• Facilitate lessons learned sessions and promote evidence-based decision making
• Prepare high-quality donor and internal reports with reliable data and analysis
• Train and coach programme teams on MEAL concepts, accountability, and data quality
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Health, Statistics, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in MEAL, M&E, or programme quality, preferably within NGOs
• Strong knowledge of logframes, indicators, results-based management, and accountability systems
• Experience in quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis
• Strong command of Excel; knowledge of Kobo, ODK, Power BI, or SPSS is an asset
• Excellent analytical, reporting, communication, and coordination skills
• Fluency in Arabic and English required
