Tankamel Sawa is a Lebanese non-governmental humanitarian organization, politically independent and undenominational.

The Enumerator (Volunteer) will support in the implementation of project activities through data collection, household assessments, beneficiary verification, and support to NFI (hygiene kits and other items) distributions. The Enumerator will collect accurate and reliable data using digital tools and ensure proper engagement with beneficiaries in line with humanitarian principles and TKS standards.
Under the supervision of the MEAL Officer, the Enumerator will contribute to both monitoring activities and field implementation, ensuring quality data collection and smooth execution of distributions and community-level activities.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
Data Collection and Monitoring:
· Conduct household-level interviews, assessments, and surveys using digital data collection tools (Android devices);
· Ensure all survey questions are properly asked and responses accurately recorded;
· Support beneficiary verification processes, including phone calls and field visits;
· Confirm household locations and beneficiary information;
· Maintain data accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality at all times;
· Support data cleaning and basic data management when required;
NFI Distribution Support:
· Support the planning and implementation of NFI distributions (e.g. hygiene kits, other kits);
· Assist in beneficiary registration, verification, and crowd management during distributions;
· Ensure distributions are conducted in a safe, organized, and dignified manner;
· Support post-distribution monitoring activities and beneficiary follow-up;
· Ensure complaints and feedback from beneficiaries are collected and reported to the MEAL Officer;
Compliance, Safety and Conduct:
· Respect confidentiality and data protection principles;
· Follow all security protocols and safety procedures;
· Adhere to TKS policies, Code of Conduct, and humanitarian principles;
· Ensure respectful and culturally appropriate interaction with beneficiaries;
Qualifications:
Education:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- University degree in a relevant field is an asset
Experience:
- Previous experience in data collection or survey implementation is preferred
- Experience working with vulnerable populations is an asset
- Experience with digital data collection tools (Kobo, ODK, etc.) is an advantage

Languages:
- Fluency in Arabic
- Basic knowledge of English
