Project Officer (Part-time)

The Project Officer will support the effective implementation of DOT Lebanon’s projects by coordinating field activities, engaging with stakeholders, and contributing to reporting and operational tasks. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills to ensure smooth project delivery and collaboration with partners.

  • Support the implementation of project activities in line with approved plans and timelines
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders, including municipalities, universities, NGOs, and community partners
  • Assist in organizing and facilitating field activities, trainings, and events
  • Support field coordination and ensure smooth communication between teams and locations
  • Contribute to narrative and progress reporting, ensuring accurate and timely documentation
  • Follow up on project deliverables and support tracking of activities and outputs
  • Provide general operational and administrative support as needed
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of project-related information
