Campaign & Digital Media Producer

We’re looking for a Campaign & Digital Media Producer to partner with us in shifting the narrative around menstrual stigma and reusable pads in Lebanon.

We are looking for a creative lead to help us build a digital campaign over 6 months. You will own the creative strategy, lead the production, and work with us to determine the best approach for releasing content to maximize impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Creative Roadmap: You’ll design a 3–4 month narrative plan that addresses taboos with dignity and creative flair.

Production: From hero films to engaging graphics, you’ll be the one bringing the visuals to life.

Campaign Rhythm: You will advise us on the content calendar—telling us what to post, how to frame it, and when to push it out for the best engagement.

The Details:

Duration: 6-month consultancy.

Budget: The total consultancy value is $6,240 for the full 6-month duration. (All-Inclusive). This fee covers the consultant’s professional time (salary), as well as all production-related costs including, but not limited to: equipment rental, transport to filming locations, and post-production software/editing fees.

Note: WWL will manage all digital ad spend separately; this budget is strictly for content creation and strategy.

Collaboration: We believe in a brainstorming-first approach. We want a partner, not just a contractor.

Technical Requirements: The consultant is expected to provide their own professional-grade equipment (Camera, Lighting, Audio, and Editing Suite).

Campaign Objectives:

Normalize the Narrative: To move menstrual health from a "state secret" or "medical crisis" to a visible, dignified, and normal part of daily life in Lebanon through observational humor and storytelling.

Challenge Stigma with Wit: To use irony and dry humor to dismantle outdated myths and euphemisms (the "secret agent" culture), making the conversation approachable for a wider audience.

Position Reusables as a smart choice: To reframe reusable pads not just as an alternative, but as a high-quality, reliable, and economically savvy product option.

Drive Authentic Shareability: To create "scroll-stopping" content that people actually want to share because it reflects their lived reality, extending the project's reach beyond its direct beneficiaries.

Short Pitch

Skip the generic cover letter! Send us a short pitch that shows us your brain in action:

  • The "Big Idea": For this campaign, we envision the following:
  • A collection of high-impact video assets (approximately 1–4 videos/reels, totaling 2.5–3 minutes of edited footage) focusing on stigma-breaking narratives and women’s voices.
  • A set of engaging graphic posts or carousels (approximately 12 total) designed for high shareability and educational value.
  • A series of branded templates (approximately 24 total) designed to prompt audience interaction (e.g., visual backgrounds for polls or Q&As).
  • If you were in charge of this campaign, how would you execute this? Provide a brief overview.
  • The Strategy: How would you map out a 3-4 month rollout to keep the conversation going without burning out your audience?
  • Your Aesthetic: Share 1–2 portfolio links that show off your style in campaigns. We want to see your unique voice!
  • The "Why": Why apply to this project?
  • Include a brief list of the primary gear you intend to use in your application.
  • Include a simple/approximate, high-level financial breakdown showing how the $6,240 will be allocated across the 6-month period, covering your professional fee, equipment, and any production materials.

A Note on Tone: We’re looking for bold, creative storytelling that uses irony or observational humor to challenge the status quo. If you can make people laugh while remaining deeply respectful of the human experience, we want to see it in your pitch.
