Driver (Car and Bus)

LOYAC is implementing programs across multiple locations, requiring safe and reliable transportation of participants and Volunteers. The Driver will support operational activities by ensuring efficient transport services in addition to supporting administrative and logistical functions.

To provide safe, timely, and efficient transportation services while supporting administrative processes, including the delivery and follow-up of official documents with relevant entities.

  1. Scope of Work

1. Transportation Services

  • Safely transport participants and volunteers using assigned vehicles (bus).
  • Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off according to schedules and program needs.
  • Plan routes efficiently, taking into account road and security conditions.

2. Administrative Support

  • Deliver, collect, and follow up on official documents with our Board of Directors and partner organizations.
  • Support in processing administrative paperwork (e.g., permits, official letters, approvals).
  • Ensure proper handling, confidentiality, and timely submission of documents.
