Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Assist the Administration Manager with daily tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, organizing files and procurement.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of patient information, appointments, and other relevant data. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.
Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating events, workshops, and community outreach programs related to rehabilitation awareness.
Data Entry: Input and maintain data in databases and spreadsheets as required.
Reporting: Prepare reports and documents for meetings and presentations, ensuring timely submission.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff and healthcare professionals to support organizational goals and improve patient care.
