Call for Expressions of Interest – Facility Supervisor (Community Center & Social Cohesion Project)

Purpose of the role

Oversees the day‑to‑day operation of the Community Center and ensures it remains a safe, welcoming and well‑used space.

Key responsibilities (summary)

  • Open and close the Center according to the agreed schedule.
  • Supervise users, support the application of booking rules and basic house rules.
  • Conduct basic safety checks and first‑line incident management, and escalate when needed.
  • Coordinate with operations/maintenance and community program staff.
  • Support basic visitor logs, usage statistics and simple reporting.

Profile

  • Previous experience in facility supervision, reception or management of community spaces, schools or similar.
  • Responsible, punctual and able to follow procedures and incident reporting lines.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to apply rules fairly and respectfully.
