- Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Communication & Positioning
- Develop and implement ALDIC’s communication strategy aligned with its policy and advocacy agenda
- Position ALDIC as a leading reference on taxation and fiscal reform in Lebanon
- Translate technical research and policy outputs into clear public messaging
- Contribute to ALDIC’s observatory work by:
- Communicating, monitoring, and research findings
- Drafting summaries of legislative and regulatory developments
- Supporting advocacy messaging and policy tracking
- Ensure timely dissemination of insights to stakeholders and the public
- Content Development & Editorial Management
- Produce high-quality content, including:
- Policy briefs and summaries
- Press releases and media statements
- Opinion articles and thought leadership pieces
- Reports, newsletters, and website content
- Ensure consistency across Arabic, English, and French communications
- Simplify complex tax and fiscal issues for public understanding
- Media Relations & Public Visibility
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and journalists
- Coordinate interviews, press coverage, and media appearances for ALDIC leadership
- Monitor media coverage and prepare periodic media reports
- Support lobbying and advocacy efforts through targeted communication
- Communication & Platforms
- Manage and upgrade ALDIC’s website content and structure
- Oversee social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram etc.)
- Develop and implement an editorial calendar
- Lead the development of digital tools and communication formats (infographics, short videos, explainers)
- Campaigns & Awareness Initiatives
- Design and execute communication campaigns related to:
- Tax awareness
- Public financial reforms
- Civic engagement and fiscal citizenship
- Support outreach initiatives, events, and public engagements
- Internal Communication & Member Engagement
- Keep ALDIC members informed of:
- Policy developments
- Organizational activities
- Strategic decisions and advocacy actions
- Prepare internal updates, briefs, and communication materials

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Political Science, Public Policy, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in communications, preferably in public policy, NGOs, or advocacy organizations
- Strong writing and editorial skills in English and Arabic (French is a plus)
- Experience in media relations and digital communication
- Ability to understand and communicate complex policy, legal, or economic topics
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to rapidly changing contexts.
