Job Opportunity: Female Educator – OeN

OeN is looking for a female Educator, preferably living in Keserwan, to support residents facing challenges such as addiction, marginalization, or disability.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents in daily activities and routines
• Facilitate educational, recreational, and therapeutic sessions
• Observe, document, and guide residents’ progress
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families
• Promote optimism, patience, and resilience

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Social Work, Psychology, Education, or related field
• 1–3 years experience with vulnerable populations
• Fluent in Arabic; English/French a plus
• Strong communication and relational skills

Working Hours: 40 hours/week + 2 overnight/weekend shifts
