Blue Mission Organization (BMO) is a community-based, independent Lebanese NGO committed to advancing human dignity through holistic, rights-based protection, education, health, and psychosocial support services for crisis-affected children, youth, and families across Lebanon. BMO is seeking an experienced and committed Project Manager to lead the implementation of a Child Protection (CP) and Gender-Based Violence (GBV) emergency response project in South Lebanon, implemented in partnership with Terre des Hommes (TDH) and funded by UNICEF. The Project Manager will provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, team supervision, donor compliance management, coordination, budget monitoring, and quality assurance to ensure effective implementation of CP, GBV, psychosocial support, case management, and community-based protection activities for conflict-affected and displaced communities in Saida and Jezzine districts.The role requires strong humanitarian project management experience, excellent coordination and communication skills, and a solid understanding of protection principles, safeguarding, PSEA, and donor compliance requirements in emergency contexts.
