Call for Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the Development of a Digital Collaboration Platform

The National League for Culture & Development (NLCD), partner in the YOUTHMED project funded by the European Union under the Interreg NEXT MED Programme, invites technically qualified companies to submit Expressions of Interest for the development of a multilingual digital collaboration platform supporting youth cooperation, networking, knowledge exchange, and collaborative interaction across the Mediterranean region.

The platform is intended to function as a collaborative digital environment connecting youth organizations, stakeholders, and cross-border initiatives through multilingual communication, knowledge exchange, and collaborative interaction tools.

The platform will support:
• organizational networking and collaboration;
• multilingual communication;
• collaborative digital workspaces;
• proposal and opportunity matching;
• smart interaction and knowledge-sharing functionalities.

This announcement represents the Expression of Interest (EOI) phase only. Shortlisted applicants will later be invited to submit detailed technical and financial offers.
