This Quotation invitation is for the execution of a 7-month framework agreement, allowing for flexibility in quantities required per vehicle or lot, without any binding commitments. The minimum requirement for this agreement is 5-7 Vehicles over 7 months, inclusive of maintenance and insurance.
The Quotation process will adhere to the SAWA standard bidding documents, open to participation from all eligible suppliers and service providers. Interested bidders can obtain the Bidding Documents, available in English, at no cost. The documents can be requested via email at tenders@sawagroup.org or collected in person at the SAWA Office, located on Bchara ElKhoury Street, Near Temple, Baalbeck.

Any requests for clarification may be submitted by email to tenders@sawagroup.org, indicating the tender reference "Car rental Q003" until 04/06/2026 at 4:00 PM.
All bids must be submitted no later than 05/06/2026 at 4:00 PM (local Lebanese time) either by email to tenders@sawagroup.org or by hand in a sealed envelope to the address specified above.
SAWA Group shall not bear responsibility for any costs or expenses that bidders may accrue in relation to the preparation and submission of their bids to SAWA Group.
