Lebanese Social Responsibility (LSR) is a national non-profit organization established in 2015 and operating across Lebanon in humanitarian response, food security, protection, livelihoods, education, and community development.
Position Purpose
The Finance Manager will lead the financial operations of LSR and ensure compliance with donor regulations, organizational policies, accounting standards, and Lebanese legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all financial operations and accounting functions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditure against approved budgets.
- Ensure compliance with donor regulations and financial procedures.
- Supervise cash management, bank reconciliations, and financial controls.
- Coordinate external and internal audits.
- Support proposal budgeting and donor financial reporting.
- Supervise finance staff and strengthen financial systems.
- Ensure proper archiving and documentation of financial records.
- Support emergency response operations and rapid financial reporting when required.
- Work closely with programs, procurement, HR, and senior management departments.
