1. Background

The National Institution of Social Care and Vocational Training (NISCVT), known as Beit Atfal Assumoud, is a humanitarian, non-sectarian, and non-governmental organization working within the Palestinian refugee community in Lebanon. NISCVT contributes to the development of Palestinian refugees through a wide range of educational, cultural, psychosocial, vocational, and community development programs.

NISCVT operates through 13 centers across Lebanon, serving children, youth, adults, and elderly individuals. Through its programs, NISCVT aims to empower individuals, strengthen community resilience, and preserve Palestinian national identity while also supporting underserved Lebanese communities living in and around refugee camps.

As part of its youth empowerment and media development initiatives, NISCVT intends to establish a small media studio room in Mar Elias Camp and is seeking qualified suppliers to provide the required equipment, materials, and installation services.

2. Objective of the Tender

The purpose of this tender is to select a qualified supplier for the supply, delivery, and installation of materials and equipment necessary to establish a fully functional media studio room for audiovisual production, podcasting, content creation, and youth media activities.

3. Scope of Work

The selected supplier shall provide, deliver, and install the following equipment and materials:

4. Eligibility Criteria

Interested suppliers must submit:

1. Company profile.

2. Commercial registration certificate.

3. Previous experience in supplying audiovisual, media, or studio equipment.

4. Technical offer detailing specifications of proposed equipment.

5. Financial offer in USD, including delivery and installation costs.

6. Warranty information for supplied equipment.
