Vitas s.a.l., a leading Lebanese financial institution committed to financial inclusion and MSME development, is seeking up to three individual consultants to develop and finalize a Financial Literacy Capacity Building Program. The assignment aims to transform an existing learning framework into practical, engaging, and implementation-ready training materials tailored to Lebanese MSMEs.
Consultants will enhance course structures, develop bilingual training content (English and Arabic), and integrate adult learning and participatory methodologies. Deliverables include facilitator guides, presentation decks, case studies, exercises, and supporting tools across four components: Emerging, Scaling, and Advanced MSME stages, as well as cross-cutting modules on financial digitalization.
Applications may be submitted by individual consultants, organizations, or companies. Applicants may apply for one or more components. The overall assignment duration is up to six weeks for all 3 courses and cross-cutting modules. Candidates should have at least five years of relevant experience in curriculum development, financial literacy, MSME support, or related fields, with prior experience with international NGOs, or development programs.
