2 x Education Officer- Tripoli - Beirut

Field visits:

-Conduct regular field visits 

-Evaluate the ongoing progress of activities on-site.

-Meet, Follow-up and Assess the implementation and progress at each center

Activity monitoring:

-Ensure planned activities are implemented as scheduled

-Monitor filed staff’s progress and adherence to project plans

-Regularly check activities implementation based on the action plans

Support to field staff and Follow up

-Provide guidance and support to Social Workers

-Communicate with Social Workers on the project progress, Address (and inform) any issues or concerns raised by them

-Assist and address (If possible) and inform the HoCs and the PC about any challenges they face/ issues or concerns they  have during the implementation

Database Validation:

-Verify the accuracy and completeness of the databases before share it with the MEAL staff and donors/Partners

-Ensure Data collected is accurate and clean

Data Compilation and Reporting:

-Collect the Data from the centers for reporting

-Prepare Monthly progress reports

-Prepare Data for analysis and reporting, and send to the PC monthly progress reports (Achievements and progress)

Monthly meetings:

-Participate in the monthly meetings (Internally and Externally)

-Share progress updates and challenges faced in the field

-Collaborate with the team, discuss project status, and plan for the next steps

 

- Strong experience in managing Education in Emergencies (EiE) projects

- Supervision of education staff and field teams

- Project planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting

 experience in donor compliance and budget monitoring

- Strong coordination skills with MEHE, NGOs, UN agencies and local authorities

-Experience in managing education databases and indicators

- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
