ECE Teacher - Souq Al Ghareb (2 Vacancies)

Responsibilities of the Teacher:

Community Based Early Childhood Education:
•    Conducting classes for children aged 3 to 5
•    Implementing high-quality educational support to benefit the children in the educational programs.

Educational Planning:
•    Planning and delivering lessons based on the Education Technical team's guidelines.
•    Requesting materials (stationery, photocopies) at least one week in advance for lessons.

Child Development:
•    Creating a portfolio for each child following the technical team's directions.
•    Monitoring the educational and developmental progress of each child.
•    Recommending and implementing additional support when necessary.

Child Well-being:
•    Maintaining a safe and comfortable learning environment for the children.
•    Ensuring ongoing positive communication with parents.
•    Adapting teaching methods to the individual educational needs, abilities, and potential of each student.

Assessment and Record-Keeping:
•    Implementing learner-centered assessment methods.
•    Recording classroom attendance for each child.
•    Reporting any absences and identifying absences that require follow-up by outreach staff.

Supervision:
•    Actively supervising students during playground duty.

Administrative Duties:
•    Submitting a daily timesheet to the line manager.
•    Participating in training sessions and follow-up meetings conducted by TDH-IT team.
•    Contributing to the ongoing operations of the centers as required.
