Serve as the lead focal point for the Education component and oversee the integration of MHPSS activities within the project.
Provide technical supervision and guidance to Teachers, Outreach volunteers, and MHPSS Facilitators to ensure quality implementation of activities.
Finalize operational work plans, set clear targets, and develop activity plans for education classes, and MHPSS sessions.
Ensure clear communication of plans and targets to field teams and relevant stakeholders.
Conduct regular field visits to monitor quality of implementation and provide on-the-job coaching and mentoring.
Lead monitoring and evaluation of project activities and ensure accurate data collection on a weekly and monthly basis.
Support outreach activities and assist in the implementation and facilitation of trainings and workshops.
Ensure timely internal reporting on project progress, achievements, and challenges.
Ensure strict adherence to Child Protection principles, confidentiality, safeguarding standards, and a child-centered approach at all times.
Ensure proper coordination and referral mechanisms between Education, MHPSS, and Protection components.

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in Education and/or MHPSS programming within a humanitarian/recovery context.
• Good knowledge of areas of implementation and background of targeted populations/groups.
• Experience in supervising field staff is an asset.
