Experience with the Civil Society
I have experience working with Civil Society. I have coordinated programme management, monitoring and evaluation, capacity building for civil society organisations, monitoring and evaluation of projects both in programme & operations, handled grants management and stake holder liaisons as described in the vacancy announcement. In addition to these growing responsibilities, in recent years I have had several opportunities to perform collaborative Assignments with other countries for EU funded programmes for CSOs, finance, GBV (Spotlight program) MCH and in the emergency contexts of which have provided a solid grounding for working in the very complex operations like the hurricane seasons and COVID19 for the Belize office.
Throughout my years with government and international Organization, I have always prided myself on bringing programme improvements to the landscape, with highlights including successful establishment for the CIvil society task force to review policies for the development of the Enabling Environment for CSOs.
