في سياق تقلص الفضاء المدني المحلي والخطر المتزايد عليه، يجد مركز دعم لبنان ضرورة في العودة إلى المبادئ الأساسية وتعزيز شبكات التعاون بين مختلف فاعلي المجتمع المدني وتعزيز المجتمع المدني وأثره.
