This report provides an overview of entry and exit movements by air, land, and sea. It captures the movements for Lebanese, Syrian, and other nationalities. Between 17 October and 24 October 2025, a total of 223,226 movements were recorded across 10 (out of 16) official border crossing points (BCPs) and unofficial crossing areas.

As of 30 October, an estimated 1,024,500 people have been affected by flooding across 29 counties in six states. Jonglei and Unity states account for nearly 87 per cent of those impacted.

Recent developments in Sudan, marked by a reduction in fighting in some areas, have led to a growing number of displaced Sudanese returning from Egypt and Libya via Northern State.

In September 2025, around 61% of surveyed households in Yemen struggled to meet their minimum food needs, reflecting similar level as in the same period last year. The 2025 Global Hunger Index indicates that hunger remains alarming in Yemen, with available indicators pointing to deteriorating conditions and that the country is likely to fall into the “extremely alarming” category.

On 26 October 2025, DTM field teams reported that between 2,500 and 3,000 individuals were displaced due to ongoing clashes in Al Fasher town of Al Fasher locality, North Darfur.

NICEF calls for all parties to fully uphold their obligations under international law and the ceasefire agreement. Civilians, especially children, must be protected at all times. Displaced people must be allowed to move freely and voluntarily return to their homes safely, as soon as conditions allow.
