Daleel Madani, the civil society network, aims to strengthen cooperation between civil
society actors, thus limiting duplication of work, and enhancing the civil society sector. In
addition, it is dedicated to promoting accessible information about civil society, in a belief
in the right to information and in the importance of transparent civil society work.

Terre des hommes foundation has been present in Lebanon since 1977. We provide life saving child protection assistance to the most vulnerable children and their families regardless of their nationality, ethnic origin and religious affiliation. Through our child protection in migration and access to justice programmes, our staff support victims of physical and sexual abuse, worst forms of child labor, child marriage, severe neglect and children in contact or conflict with the law. We work with children, their families, communities, NGO and UN partners, local authorities and religious leaders .

The State of Humanitarian Professions 2020 (SOHP) is the result of a year-long consultation with more than 1,500 humanitarian professionals. For the first time, this study gathers and analyses key figures on 24 humanitarian professions, as well as on recruitment practices and professional development in the sector. In addition, the SOHP study demonstrates the need to coordinate on the challenges of professionalising humanitarian teams, with 19 recommendations to be discovered in the final report.
