تُعتبَر تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتّصالات ضروريةً لمساعدة المنظّمات والمجموعات القاعدية على التواصل والتخطيط للبرامج والمبادرات وتنظيمها وتنفيذها ورصدها وتطويرها بشكلٍ أفضل.
