تهدف حلقة النقاش هذه إلى تحليل الأثر التراكمي للتعرُّض المتكرّر للنزاعات على الأطفال في لبنان، وفهم تأثير جولات الحرب والانهيار الاقتصادي والتهميش البُنيوي على حياة الأطفال ومستقبلهم/نَّ، وذلك للإجابة في نهاية المطاف عن سؤالٍ محوري: إذا أَرَدْنا أن تكون مسألة الحدّ من تعرُّض الأطفال للنزاعات وتعزيز قدرتهم/نَّ على التكيُّف والصمود جزءًا أساسيًا من أيّ خطّة وطنية للتعافي، فما هو المسار الكفيل بتعزيز حماية الطفل، وتغيير الاتّجاهات الراهنة، ووضع الجيل القادم في صميم الأولويات الوطنية؟

This roundtable aims to unpack the cumulative impact of repeated exposure to conflict on children in Lebanon. It will examine how cycles of war, economic collapse, and systemic neglect are reshaping children’s lives and futures, ultimately seeking to answer the question: if reducing children’s exposure to conflict and strengthening their resilience are to be central to any national recovery agenda, what path forward can enhance child protection, reverse current trends, and place the next generation at the heart of national priorities?

The training course aims to share knowledge and promote evidence-informed and best practice interventions that are required for advancement of Universal Health Coverage, inclusion and social cohesion, as well as preparing for and responding to emergencies in the context of refugees and migrants in EMR.

اختتمت ورشة عمل المهارات العملية في التدريب الرقمي، التي نظمتها المؤسسة الدولية للتدريب والتنمية ARTDO International – ماليزيا، بالتعاون مع الجمعية اللبنانية للمبادرة والتنمية – لبنان ومركز أكتوبر للتدريب والتأهيل – مصر، عبر منصة حدوتة الإعلامية الشريك الإعلامي وبمشاركة 24 متدرب ومتدربة من 17 دولة عربية.

The workshop on practical skills in digital training, organized by ARTDO International - Malaysia, in cooperation with the Lebanese Association for Initiative and Development - Lebanon and the October Center for Training and Rehabilitation - Egypt, was concluded via the Hadouta media platform, the media partner, with the participation of 24 trainees from 17 Arab countries.

Lebanese Association for Initiation and Development (LAID) has successfully completed the series of workshops on university major selection: "Bader...to build your future", with the participation of more than 140 high school students.

اختتمت الجمعية اللبنانية للمبادرة والتنمية سلسلة ورش عمل اختيار التخصص الجامعي بعنوان "بادر.. لبناء مستقبلك" بمشاركة أكثر من 140 طالبة وطالب من صفوف المرحلة الثانوية.

افتتحت المنظمة الدولية للعمل التطوعي مهرجان الشباب العربي للتطوّع، إفتراضياً عبر منصة Zoom، بمشاركة ممثلين عن (22) دولة عربية وأجنبية. حملت النسخة الثانية من المهرجان إسم دورة المرحومة "علياء السكسك".. تحت شعار "لننشر معاً ثقافة التطوّع".. وكانت الجمعية اللبنانية للمبادرة والتنمية من ضمن شركاء نجاح المهرجان، الذي يستمر في الفترة من 08 إلى 11 حزيران ..

The International Organization for Voluntary Work opened the Arab Youth Volunteering Festival, via the Zoom platform, with the participation of representatives from (22) Arab and foreign countries. The second edition of the festival bore the name of the course of the late "Alia Siksik"... under the slogan "Let's spread the culture of volunteering together". The Lebanese Association for Initiative and Development was among the partners in the success of the festival, which runs from 8th of June till the 11th.

In order to achieve the goals of the association, and within the framework of developing and strengthening the capabilities of young men and women, and contributing to the provision and creation of job opportunities, the third batch of accelerated vocational training courses has graduated, which were implemented at the Bader Center for Development and Training of the association in Barja, in cooperation with LEAD and funded by MERCY CORPS within 3AMALY program.

تحقيقاً لأهداف الجمعية، وفي إطار تنمية وتعزيز قدرات الشباب والشابات، والمساهمة في توفير وإيجاد فرص العمل، اختتمت الدفعة الثالثة من دورات التدريب المهني المعجّل، والتي تمّ تنفيذها في مركز بادر للتنمية والتدريب التابع للجمعية في برجا، بالتعاون مع شركة LEAD والممّولة من قبل MERCY CORPS، ضمن برنامج عملي 3AMALY.

Lebanon is currently experiencing several intersecting crises: infrastructural incapacity, economic instability, a global health pandemic, a suspended refugee problem, and severe government corruption culminating in an explosion on 4th August at the Beirut port.

The title of the dialogue session organized by the Lebanese Association for Initiative and Development on the occasion of International Women’s Day, with the participation of distinguished guests: Dr. Soha Shaker, Dr. Khawla Al-Hashem, Professor Khadija Amsha and journalist Islam Juha. The episode was prepared and moderated by the association's media officer, Ms. Hanadi Zaarour, with the participation of the distinguished media figure, Rama Al-Jarrah.
