Bader.. To build your future

Lebanese Association for Initiation and Development (LAID) has successfully completed the series of workshops on university major selection: "Bader...to build your future", with the participation of more than 140 high school students.

Workshops were presented by LAID’s president, Professional Trainer, Mr. Maher Mohamed Al-Haj, through interactive sessions characterized by the participation of students. The workshop addressed the following topics:

• How to take the appropriate decision.

• Scientific criteria for choosing a major.

• What is the difficulty in choosing a major?

• Do you consult? Who do you consult?

• Hermann scale - Holland analysis.

• Various tests to determine abilities.

Workshops were implemented in many Lebanese regions as follows:

o Fneideq - Akkar: in cooperation with the Zahrat Al-Ajyal Association, in AlBader School for Education.

o Khraibet al-Jundi - Akkar: in cooperation with Khraibet al-Jundi municipality, in the Municipal Center.

o Al-Marj - West Bekaa: in cooperation with the Scientific Society for Technology and Humans, in AlMarej official High School.

o Barja - Chouf: in LAID Center (Bader Center for Training and Development).

LAID’s members that also helped with the successful completion of these workshops: Abdelqader AbdelFattah, Muhammad Maouch, Hanadi Zaarour, Muhammed Houhou, Rayan Al-Ahmad, Slayman Kahalf and Helmi Bader participated in the management and presentation of the workshops, with a special participation of the President of the Zahrat Al-Ajyal Association, Salha Kaddour, and the President of the Scientific Society for Technology and Humanity, Mr. Ali Ahmed.
