Mercy Corps Lebanon invites sealed bids from eligible applicants for the Provision of Services to Conduct a Stability Evidence Paper for the SWMR component of its INTAJ program Interested parties may participate in the tender by sending an email to dsaad@mercycorps.org ahamka@mercycorps.org and skhairallah@mercycorps.org in copy requesting the tender documents in soft copy. The deadline for collection of tender documents is on October 11, 2017 at 04:00PM A Non-Mandatory Q&A session will be held at Mercy Corps’ Office in Beirut on October 12, 2017 at 10:00 AM. Bids must be submitted back in sealed envelopes to Mercy Corps Beirut office (2nd Floor, Bee Center, Alfred Naccache Street, Achrafieh Lebanon) before or on October 16, 2017 at 04:00PM. Only tenders submitted in prescribed form and deadlines will be considered
